Stepping to delhi after 23 yrs and staying at the leela was wonderful,and of course being the Leela,its all about luxury and 1st class..staffs were very polite and friendly,right from the concierge(AKILESH) right to the receptionist (ANMOL),all was so welcoming and loving towards my mother and me..keep up tye great work👍👍👍👍👍

Morning breakfast is understaffed, quality is poor with fruits and vegetables. Juices were no cold. Rooms had mildew smell.

The best and worst thing about the hotel
Best thing:
1. clean and good service
2. room clean
3. breakfast buffet very good
Not Good things:
1. location and surroundings is worst ..nothing outside window
2. the equipment in the room are not good. The hair dryer is outdated and not usable
3. Room is very small and shower area is too small and the door opens inside and inconvenient.
Final verdict is very much over priced for the facility.

Had the worst experience in our recent business trip with this hotel. We suffered great frustration and disappointment due to the reckless negligence of the hotel staff. We were not informed about our eligibility on cocktail hours access and denied this complimentary offer. And the staff lied about it. Negligence prone to happen but this hotel is very unfortunate as they incapable people in leadership position. When we brought up this matter the senior ***ager (Bhawani Singh) completely absonded in the middle of the conversation.. couldn't care less on the customers feedback. He is totally not fit for the position and a great disgrace to this hotel. While we were only expecting only rectification.. some of their other staffs were also very rude in speaking and exhibiting disrespectful body language (Gajendra & Shipra). What kinda customer service is this?? They literally robbed us more than 20k as we could have simply enjoyed the service which we already paid ***** with our room charges.. totally unfair and huge shame on these staffs for tarnishing the hotel reputation. We're never coming back after this disgrace!!!
